JUST GOT YOUR ORDER AND WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
If for any reason you're not happy with any of the items in this package, you can return them by sending them back to our Distribution Centre, or by taking them into one of our stores. You can find all our store details at www.glassons.com/stores.
From receipt of your order you have 30 days to return items with proof of purchase. You will need to comply with our returns polices (see www.glassons.com/faqs/returns) in order for your return to be processed.
If you return the item(s) via courier to our distribution centre, we can only offer you a refund on the item(s). If you wish to exchange any item(s) from your order, you will need to take them into one of our stores.
We are not able to offer exchanges to any customers outside of Australia and New Zealand. For international customers outside of Australia and New Zealand, you will need to return your item(s) for a refund, and place a new order.

RETURNS INFORMATION:
- RETURNING/EXCHANGING INSTORE: Please take your order confirmation, dispatch notice or invoice along with the items you wish to exchange or refund. Our store staff will be happy to help you.
- RETURNING VIA OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTRE: When you return an item by post you must state which item(s) you are returning. The refund will be processed to the card or method used to make the original purchase.
- RETURNING SWIMWEAR, UNDERWEAR + EARRINGS: Swimwear, Underwear + Earrings purchased online can only be returned via our distribution centre or returned or exchanged in our stores. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to exchange/refund garments provided they have not been worn or washed, and have all of the garment tags and hygiene stickers intact. Please make sure that swimwear is only tried on over your underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
- It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return depending on your location and which postal service you use. We recommend you send your return parcel on a tracked service as all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Glassons.
- Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect and process the items within 5 business days to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
- Any refund will automatically be issued to the card or method used to make the original purchase.
- USA Customers: All sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned.
- FAULTY ITEM? If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact our customer service team on webadmin@glassons.com or NZ: 0800 GLASSONS or AU: 1800 838 448 (during business hours) so that we can resolve the issue for you.
